Antique Ornate Silver Serving Dish, Made in England

The details on this Silver Serving dish are quite beautiful. Lift its large, round ornate handle to see the interior, the handle is removable and works very well. The removable handle makes storage easy. The patina/tarnish is well underway and gives this piece added character. It can be left as it is to tarnish further or buff is for a beautiful silver finish. Marking on the bottom reads with pictures/symbols which would suggest this piece is older. I have done some research but found nothing definitive other than to suggest it is Made in England.
