Child Portrait: 1968 Original Art in Wood Frame

This large original picture is in great vintage condition. I am unclear as to whether it is watercolour or a sketch as the glass does not allow me to confirm. It seems as though it is a family portrait and there are 2 others that match framewise.
There are a few marks on the frame at the bottom as shown in pic # 6 and 10 otherwise in great shape. This is signed and is sturdy and strong. Use a a vintage decor piece or use the frame for your own art.
