Wood Framed Chalkboard

This chalkboard and wood frame are in very good condition. The frame is not vintage but it is solid wood. The chalkboard has been added by myself using acrylic paint on a hardwood backing. This is for hanging vertical but a second hook can be added for horizontal hanging.

The wide wood frame gives this chalk board a rustic farmhouse feel. The wood has an almost white wash look to it. Please see pics. The frame is deep so will stand out from the wall by over 2 inches. The frame is sturdy and strong

PLEASE NOTE- Once used, this chalkboard will show chalk residue after it is cleaned so if you prefer a chalkboard that stays BLACK this would not be a good option. This Chalkboard is homemade and I have seasoned it so ghosting should not occur. This chalkboard has been created as a nod to vintage chalkboards

This can be used as a chalkboard or it can be removed and the frame used for your own purposes
