Landscape Oil Painting, Signed & Dated 1970

This frame and painting are in very good vintage condition. There are a few very small areas of wear on the frame as shown in pictures but overall it is very sturdy. The colouring on the painting is still strong, the green in the tall tress down to the small pink flowers on the grass. The frame is wood and the painting is signed and dated 1970
