The frame is in acceptable vintage condition; the ornate corners have small chips due to age and the material being a composite (see pictures).
The copyright symbol and a possible "F.R. London" is obscured by the mat on the bottom right corner, though the signature of "M. Dovaston" is visible in the bottom left corner. I am not able to take the print out as the back is sealed with paper.
Sold by Burlington Art Shop, a Winnipeg based company from the late 80s.
