Metal Picture Frame

This vintage metal frame is for 2 sizes of pictures, either a 5x7 with the mat installed or 8x10 picture without. The metal is on the heavier side, not light weight. There are no scratches, it is in great condition. The velvet is also in good shape as is the stand.
