Silver Plated Etched Child's Cup, Little Bo-Peep Decor

The patina on this silver plate childs cup is quite striking. It is etched back and front with what appears to be Little Bo-Peep with a staff. The wear and tear is consistent with its age.
Inscription on the bottom reads - 'Wm Rogers Hamilton ON EP on Copper Lead Mounts 7/62'
