Silver Plated Sugar Bowl, EPWM

This vintage silver urn has some unique details. The etching on the outside appears to have the letter "L," and there is an engraving above that "L." On the bottom is engraved "EP WM 1046" and a silver symbol that I could not identify.
"EPWM" is a generic mark for Electro Plated White Metal used together or inside maker's mark.
The bowl stands sturdy on a tabletop and the lid still closes well. It could be polished completely if desired. It is in excellent vintage condition

-Plant or succulent
-Bathroom storage (makeup brushes, etc.)
-Kitchen Storage (teaspoons, etc.)
-Decor on bookshelves
