Silver Wine Bucket, Primrose Plate Barware

This vintage sliver urn has the beginnings of a great patina. The handles to the piece are a great detail. There is printing embossed on 1 side reading ‘Happy 25th Anniversary’ which is worn and somewhat faded. In excellent vintage condition.
