Sterling Silver Plated Pitcher, Barware

This vintage silver pitcher has a patina that gives great character to this piece. The detail on the handle is very pretty as well.
The pitcher has a bit of a wobble backwards on tabletop when moved, otherwise it stands stable. It is in good vintage condition. There are some minor dents on one side (see pictures).

The engraving is hard to make out, it seems to say "EVPM/W&M", "Lead Mounts", and "91—30".
However there is a Lion Passant above the writing proving it as Sterling Silver.
